What is White Label?

White Label allows you to fully rebrand the GEO audit reports generated by AILabsAudit. Instead of showing the AILabsAudit logo and branding, your reports will display your own logo, your colors and your company information. White-label your GEO audit reports and deliver branded GEO reports for your clients.

White-label applies to multiple surfaces on the platform:

• PDF reports — Branded GEO audit PDFs (Standard, Premium, Executive)
• Client Portal — Your clients access their audits on a portal with your branding
• Showcase Pages — Public pages displaying GEO scores carry your brand identity

This is ideal for:

• Agencies — Deliver branded GEO reports to your clients under your own identity
• Consultants — Present professional GEO audits with your personal branding
• Resellers & Partners — Offer AI visibility audits as your own service

How it works

The white-label system uses a smart inheritance hierarchy:

If a client has no specific configuration, your global profile defaults are used automatically. If you set a custom logo or colors for a specific client, those override your defaults for that client only.

Activate White Label

To start using white-label, you need to enable it in your profile settings:

Logo and colors

Upload your logo

In the White Label tab of your profile, you can upload your company logo. This logo will appear on the cover page, header and footer of your PDF reports.

• Formats accepted: PNG, JPG, JPEG
• Maximum size: 2 MB
• Recommended dimensions: 200x200px to 500x500px for best quality

A preview of your uploaded logo appears instantly. You can replace it at any time by uploading a new file.

Choose your brand colors

You can define two colors that will be used throughout your PDF reports:

• Primary color — Used for headings, section titles, gauges and highlights. Default: #667eea
• Secondary color — Used for accents, gradients and complementary elements. Default: #764ba2

Use the color pickers to select your exact brand colors. A live preview shows how your gradient will look.

Company information

Beyond visual branding, you can add your company details that will appear in the PDF reports:

Profile settings (global defaults)

• Company name — Replaces "AI LABS AUDIT" in the report header
• Tagline / Slogan — A short description displayed under your logo

PDF configuration (per-client)

In the PDF configuration page for each client, you can also add:

• Company description — A longer description of your services
• Contact name — Your name or your account manager's name
• Contact email — Email address for the report recipient to reach you
• Contact phone — Phone number displayed in the report
• Website — Your company website URL

Per-client customization

The most powerful feature of white-label is the ability to customize branding per client. This means you can deliver reports with different visual identities to different clients.

• Report language — French or English
• Include competitors — Show or hide competitor data
• Include AI responses — Full text of AI model responses

• Confidentiality level — Confidential, Internal Use, Restricted or Public
• Auto-scoring — Let AI rate responses automatically (1-10)

Custom AI prompts (Executive)

With the Executive template, you can customize the AI prompts used to generate the written sections of your PDF report. This gives you full control over the tone, focus and content of the AI-generated analysis.

You can write your own prompts for:

• Executive Summary — The opening overview of the audit results
• Metrics Analysis — Detailed interpretation of each metric
• Competitor Analysis — Comparison with competitors
• Recommendations — Improvement suggestions
• Action Plan — Concrete steps to take
• Conclusion — Final summary and next steps

Dynamic variables

Your custom prompts can include dynamic variables that are automatically replaced with real audit data:

• {entreprise} — The client's company name
• {secteur} — The client's industry sector
• {visibility_score} — The visibility score from the audit
• {mention_rate} — The mention rate percentage
• {tous_concurrents} — All competitors listed

Best practices

Use a high-quality logo

Upload a logo with a transparent background (PNG) for the best results. A resolution of 300x300px to 500x500px provides sharp rendering in PDF at any zoom level. Avoid very small or blurry images.

Test your color choices

Before sending reports to clients, generate a test PDF to check how your colors look in print. Dark colors work best for headings. Avoid colors that are too similar to each other or too close to white.

Keep your company description concise

The company description appears in the report footer area. Keep it under 2-3 lines (approximately 200 characters) for clean formatting. Focus on your core value proposition.

Set defaults, customize exceptions

Configure your global profile settings first with your standard branding. Then only override per-client when you genuinely need different branding (e.g., a partner who wants their own logo on reports).

Verify contact information

Double-check the email and phone number in your white-label settings. Clients may use this information to contact you about the report findings.

Frequently asked questions

Does white-label affect the dashboard or only PDFs?

White-label applies to PDF reports, the client portal and showcase pages. The web dashboard and admin pages retain the standard AILabsAudit interface.

Can I use different branding for different clients?

Yes! Each client can have its own logo, colors and contact information via the per-client PDF configuration. Fields left empty will inherit from your global profile settings.

What happens if I disable white-label?

If you toggle white-label off in your profile, all future PDF reports will use the default AILabsAudit branding. Your saved settings (logo, colors, info) are preserved — you can re-enable at any time without losing them.

What logo format works best?

PNG with transparent background gives the best results. JPG also works but will have a white rectangle around the logo. Keep the file under 2 MB and aim for at least 300x300px resolution.

Can my client see the white-label configuration?

No. The white-label configuration is only visible to you as the account owner. Your clients only see the final branded PDF report.

Does the template level affect the price?

The Premium and Executive templates may consume more credits than the Standard template, as they include additional AI-generated content sections. Check the credit cost before generating.
