Terms of Service

Purpose Art. 1

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the AI Labs Audit platform.

AI Labs Audit is a B2B SaaS platform for AI visibility auditing (GEO/AEO).

Registration implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Access and Registration Art. 2

Access is reserved for professionals (B2B).

The user agrees to provide accurate information and to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

Three roles available:

• Administrator — full access
• Partner — management of their clients, audits, white-label
• Client — viewing their audits and reports

Services Offered Art. 3

AI Labs Audit offers the following services:

• AI visibility audit
• Interactive dashboard
• Premium PDF reports (white-label)
• AI tracking
• GEO/AEO action plans
• REST API v1
• MCP server
• Client portal
• Scheduled audits

The list of services is subject to change.

Credits and Payment Art. 4

The system operates on a credit basis.

Available plans:

• Free — limited credits
• Starter — independent professionals
• Business — agencies and companies
• Agent — custom offer

Secure payments via Stripe. Prices in EUR including tax.

Subscriptions are renewed automatically.

Intellectual Property Art. 5

The platform and its code are the exclusive property of AI Labs Solutions.

User data remains the property of the user.

Reports are intended for professional use.

AI Labs may use aggregated and anonymized data.

Liability Art. 6

AI Labs Audit is committed to providing a quality service.

AI Labs Audit does not guarantee:

• The absolute accuracy of results
• Uninterrupted access to the platform
• Effective improvement of AI visibility

Liability is limited to amounts paid in the last 12 months.

Exclusions from limitation:

• Gross negligence or willful misconduct
• Breach of GDPR
• Proven fraud

The user is solely responsible for the use of the results.

Data and Privacy Art. 7

Data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy:

AI Labs Audit commits to not selling data.

Multi-tenant model:

• A partner can only access their own clients
• An administrator has access to everything

Each user accesses the data within their scope.

Termination Art. 8

The user may request termination at any time by contacting contact@ai-labs-solutions.fr.

AI Labs Audit may suspend or delete an account in the event of:

• Violation of the Terms of Service
• Non-payment
• Abusive use
• Threat to the security of the service

Unused credits are non-refundable after termination.

Amendment of the Terms of Service Art. 9

AI Labs Audit may amend the Terms of Service with 30 days' notice.

Continued use constitutes acceptance.

In case of disagreement, right to terminate.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction Art. 10

French law applies.

Prior amicable resolution required.

Failing that, the courts of Bourg-en-Bresse shall have jurisdiction.

Force Majeure Art. 11

AI Labs Audit shall not be held liable in the event of force majeure (Art. 1218 French Civil Code).

Events considered as force majeure include: natural disasters, network outages, cyberattacks, government decisions, pandemics.

In the event of force majeure exceeding 90 days, either party may terminate without compensation.

Referral Program Art. 12

AI Labs Audit offers a referral program.

How it works:

• Unique referral code
• Bonus of 1,000 credits per converted referral
• Bonus credited automatically

AI Labs Audit may refuse credits in case of fraud.

The program may be modified or discontinued at any time.
