How does the read-only client portal work?

The client portal is a secure access via a unique private link you share with your client. They can view their audit results, GEO scoring, technical checklist and reports — but cannot modify anything. The portal carries your visual identity (logo, colors) through white-labeling. Your clients never see the AI Labs Audit brand.

How does AI tracking (bots, mentions, traffic) work?

AI Labs Audit installs a tracking script on your clients' websites that detects and identifies AI bots in real time: ChatGPT-User, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, and 15+ other signatures. In parallel, each audit measures brand mentions in LLM responses and detects hallucinated URLs — fake pages that AIs invent when citing a brand. AI referral traffic to the site is also tracked.

How does white-labeling work?

White-labeling lets you customize the entire client experience: your logo, colors and company name appear on Premium PDF reports, the client portal and showcase pages.
