Accessibility statement
AI Labs Audit's commitment to making its platform accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities, in compliance with the European Accessibility Act (EU directive 2019/882) and EU directive 2016/2102.
Last updated: 6 mai 2026
1 Compliance status
AI Labs Audit (published by AI Labs Solutions, SASU, Saint-Benigne, France) is partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA. A self-assessment carried out on 6 May 2026 found that approximately 95% of P0 (blocking) criteria are met. Areas of non-compliance mainly concern dynamic content generated in JavaScript (modals, tooltips, interactive charts) and some administration pages accessible only to authenticated users that have not yet been fully audited.
Status: Partially compliant — WCAG 2.1 level AA, approximately 95% of P0 criteria met.
2 Evaluation method
Accessibility evaluation relies on three complementary methods:
- Automated audit with axe-core, Lighthouse Accessibility and WAVE across all public pages.
- Manual audit of key user journeys (registration, GEO/AEO audit, payment, report consultation) against the WCAG 2.1 AA checklist.
- User testing with keyboard-only navigation and screen readers (NVDA on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS).
Date of last evaluation: 6 mai 2026
3 Non-accessible content
Despite our efforts, some content is not yet fully accessible. We are working to fix it in upcoming releases.
Identified non-conformities
- Interactive dashboards (charts, heatmaps, AI model rankings): screen reader rendering remains partial. A textual alternative is provided through CSV or JSON data export.
- Premium PDF reports: documents are now generated as PDF/UA-1 (tagged PDF per ISO 14289) with language attribute, semantic heading hierarchy, XMP metadata, descriptive alternative text on all charts (generated from actual data: scores, ranking, share of voice) and QR codes, and scope="col" attribute on every table header. A residual limitation remains on the reading order of a few decorative elements (icons, emoji medals) and will be addressed in a future iteration. An accessible HTML version of the report is still available in the customer area.
- Demonstration videos: not all content has synchronised captions. A text transcript is provided for homepage videos and can be obtained on request for others.
- Dynamic components (modals, tooltips, toast notifications): focus management and ARIA-live announcements are not systematic. A redesign is planned for the next major release.
Embedded third-party content (analytics scripts, Stripe payment widgets) remains the responsibility of its publishers. It is not covered by this statement.
