How to choose the right plan

The right plan depends on how many audits you run and how many AI models you need:

Discovery — Try before you buy

Perfect if you want to discover the platform and run a few test audits. With 100 credits per month, you can run approximately 2-3 small audits with basic models. Ideal for freelancers evaluating the tool.

Consultant — Getting started

Best for independent consultants who manage a few clients. 1,500 credits cover about 15-20 audits per month. Includes priority email support, white-label PDF reports, scheduled audits, and Native+Web mode.

Consultant+ — Scale your practice

The most popular choice for growing consultants. 5,000 credits allow 50-80 audits per month. Adds client portal and AI bot tracking for a complete professional offering.

Agent — Professional scale

Designed for agencies managing multiple clients. 10,000 credits, MCP server, API REST access, and GEO showcase pages for full integration with your own tools and workflows.

Agency+ — Full power

For large agencies and power users who need maximum flexibility. 20,000 credits, multi-agent support, centralized white-label, credit pool, and client transfer capabilities.

How credits work

Credits are the universal currency on AILabsAudit. Every action that uses AI models consumes credits — from GEO audits to PDF generation. Here's how the system works:

Three types of credits

Your total balance is the sum of 3 credit types:

• Monthly credits — Included in your plan, reset on the 1st of each month. Cannot be rolled over.
• Purchased credits — Bought via credit packs. These are permanent and never expire.
• Bonus credits — Awarded via promotions or referrals. Used before purchased credits.

Consumption priority

When you perform an action, credits are deducted in this order:

1 credit = 0.01 €. The cost of each action depends on the AI model used and the complexity of the request (number of tokens processed).

Credit costs per action

Each action on the platform has a credit cost. Here are the main costs to keep in mind:

Cost estimation example

A typical audit with 3 AI models, 10 prompts and 1 model with web search:

• 3 models x ~10 credits = ~30 credits (base audit)
• 1 model with web search = +5 credits
• Total audit: ~35 credits
• + PDF report: +40 credits
• Grand total: ~75 credits

Credit packs (on demand)

Need more credits beyond your monthly plan? You can buy credit packs at any time. Purchased credits are permanent — they never expire and are not affected by monthly resets.

Billing cycle and monthly reset

Understanding when your credits reset helps you plan your audits:

Monthly credits reset

• Monthly plan credits are reset on the 1st of each month
• Unused monthly credits do not carry over — use them or lose them
• Purchased credits are never reset and accumulate over time
• Bonus credits are never reset either

Billing date

• Your subscription is billed monthly on the anniversary of your signup date
• You can check your next billing date on the subscription page
• All payments are processed via Stripe (secure, PCI-compliant)

Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation

Upgrading your plan

• Upgrades are applied immediately
• You receive your new monthly credits right away (pro-rata adjusted)
• Any existing debt is absorbed into the new plan's credit allocation

Downgrading your plan

• You must wait 24 hours between plan changes
• Maximum 3 plan changes per month
• Downgrading from Agent disables API and MCP access
• Your existing credit balance is preserved

Cancelling your subscription

• Cancellation can be done in 3 clicks from your subscription page
• Your access continues until the end of the current billing period
• After expiration, your account reverts to the Free plan (100 credits/month)
• Any purchased credits remain in your account

Tips to optimize your credits

Choose the right number of models

You don't always need 5 AI models per audit. For regular monitoring, 3 models (one native, one web, one mid-range) give a balanced view at lower cost. Save 5-model audits for comprehensive quarterly reviews.

Use web search wisely

Web search (online mode) adds 5 credits per model. Enable it only on models where it makes a real difference — typically Perplexity or models with native web capability. Disable it on models where it adds little value.

Optimize your prompts

Fewer, well-targeted prompts are more cost-effective than many generic ones. Focus on the 10-15 most relevant prompts for your client's industry rather than 30 broad ones. Quality over quantity saves credits and gives better insights.

Generate PDFs only when needed

At 40 credits each, PDF reports are your biggest single cost. Use the web dashboard for day-to-day monitoring and only generate PDFs when you need to deliver a formal report to a client.

Use monthly credits before they reset

Monthly credits vanish on the 1st. If you have credits left near month-end, run pending audits or test new prompts. Purchased credits never expire, so they're a safe investment for future use.

Frequently asked questions

Can I try the platform for free?

Yes! The Free plan gives you 100 credits per month at no cost. You can run a few test audits and explore all the platform features before deciding to upgrade.

Do unused monthly credits carry over?

No. Monthly credits included in your plan are reset on the 1st of each month. However, purchased credits and bonus credits never expire and carry over indefinitely.

What happens if I run out of credits?

The system allows an overdraft of up to -100 credits. Beyond that, you'll need to buy a credit pack or wait for your monthly reset. Any negative balance is deducted from your next credit refill.

Can I change plans in the middle of a month?

Yes. Upgrades are immediate — you receive the new credit allocation right away. Downgrades are subject to a 24-hour cooling period and a maximum of 3 changes per month.

Why do different AI models cost different amounts?

Each AI model has its own API pricing (set by the model provider). More powerful models like GPT-4o process more complex data and cost more tokens. AILabsAudit applies a small markup on top of the provider's base cost to cover infrastructure and platform expenses.

Is the API access only for Agent plans?

Yes. API and MCP access are exclusive to the Agent plan (349€ HT/month) and above. This gives you programmatic access to launch audits, retrieve data and integrate AILabsAudit with your own tools and workflows.

How do I check my credit balance?

Your credit balance is always visible in the top navigation bar. For a detailed breakdown (monthly, purchased, bonus), visit your subscription page.
